Quarterly Meeting Call for Presentations

Have an interesting topic or experience to share?  Presenting to CCA is a great way to step out of your day to day responsibilities, share and learn from others, and do something different/interesting.  We are here to support you.  CCA sponsors presentations and seminars featuring local and national subject matter experts from consulting and industry.

These presentations address the needs of our membership regarding:

• Developing and implementing total rewards and compensation strategies

• Innovative program design and/or delivery

• Communication

• Trends/Best practices

And encompass:

• Base Pay: Broad-based, executive or global

• Incentive Compensation: Short-term and long-term programs; cash and/or equity

• Sales Compensation

• Recognition & Rewards: Cash and non-cash

• Talent Acquisition & Compensation

• Legislative Updates: U.S. and Illinois

• Market Indicators

• Linking Pay and Performance

We welcome and are accepting presentation suggestions for future education sessions. A strong preference is to have joint consultant and practitioner presentations.

To be considered as a CCA speaker/presenter, please take a moment to complete the Call for Presentations Form. Our Program Committee reviews entries throughout the year, and we will contact those who are selected to present.

Our Virtual Events are typically 45 minutes to an hour, and we prefer to host these over lunch hour to maximize attendance.
