INSTRUCTOR

Arun Mathew is a core Total Rewards & HR professional with over 18 years' experience in various facets in the field of Compensation & Benefits. He has an MBA in Human Resources (from XLRI Jamshedpur) as well an Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication. His professional certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) and CHRL. He is also a certified Job Evaluator in Hay methodology.

Arun has worked / managed compensation processes in multiple countries including, Canada, India & the Middle East and currently heads the Americas (US, Canada & Latin America) Total Rewards function for TD SYNNEX (a Fortune 500 global MNC).

In addition to expertise in the core area of Compensation, Arun is passionate about teaching and has over 10 years of extensive experience in training professionals in core Compensation subjects such as Quantitative Techniques, Job Evaluation, Market Pricing as well as subjects such as Advanced Excel & Statistical Analysis, and its practical applications in the world of Compensation. 

Course Credit Information: This course exam is a requirement for those pursuing a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) designations from WorldatWork. In addition, continuing education and recertification credits are available from WorldatWork, HRCI and SHRM for this course.
