This session is intended to fill those gaps and prepare you for having a dialog that will forever change your relationship with sales in most positive way.

We’ll be exploring elements of strategy, structure and process of all the things a sales leader needs to consider before embarking on designing a highly successful sales plan. Be sure to bring all those thorny questions you’ve been intending to ask but lacked the forum in which to discuss, debate and obtain answers. And afterwards, plan to enjoy happy hour where you can continue the discussion with Reese Bacon in an even more relaxed environment.
