Jennifer Hassrick is a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry and an expert in broad-based compensation program design, job evaluation, and pay equity analysis with over 15 years of direct total rewards consulting experience and 10 years of business management experience. Ms. Hassrick has managed and led projects for a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing/industrial organizations, financial services, national associations, and public utilities. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Hassrick worked with a regional consulting firm as a compensation consultant and operations manager. Additionally, she has owned and built several businesses from the start-up phase to full operation. Ms. Hassrick holds a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin. She also earned the Certified Compensation Professional certification from World at Work.
